Thanks for the eye opener, I reviewed the earlier images and your hdd indeed has four partitions only, and testdisk is listing them all. For some reason I kept thinking the first partition with a * beside it is the System Reserved partition that's often 100MB big thus assuming the "Data" partition is the System Drive (C)! :facepalm: My bad, testdisk is indeed showing the data partition.
